Your DNA never leaves your device

When you choose a raw DNA file, your web browser reads and analyzes it locally using JavaScript. The file and the genotypes in it are never sent to DNAtest360 or anyone else. We don't operate any server that receives genetic data. When you close or refresh the page, the data is gone from memory.

You can verify this yourself. Load the page, disconnect from the internet, then analyze your file. It works the same way offline.

The site is also served with a strict Content Security Policy that tells your browser to block the page from sending data to any other website.

What we do collect

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. None of this includes your DNA data or analysis results.

Some links to DNA testing companies are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Once you're on another company's site, its privacy policy applies.

Not medical advice

DNAtest360 is for education and entertainment only. Our reports aren't medical tests. They don't diagnose, treat or predict any disease or condition, and they shouldn't be used to make health decisions. Single genetic markers describe statistical tendencies and are not certainties. Consult a qualified healthcare provider or genetic counselor with health questions.

Accuracy

Consumer genotyping chips can contain errors, and the scientific understanding of genetic associations changes over time. Results depend on the data your testing company provided.
